Picture Hosting.What Are Some Good Sites?

Lets get a thread started listing (links if possible) all of the good picture hosting websites and the opinions of the quality of the pic hosting.

I know that most people here use We-Todd but what are some of the other ones?

Also some of the pics hosted from We-Todd have a black border around them,how do you do that? I did a search but all of the posts are old.

me and a friend use the Iserve that Honda-Tech provides. I like it...doesn't kill the resolution either.

How come some of the pics hasted by We-Todd look better and have the black border around them?

i believe ppl with photo shop the border on there pics

i just did this one as an example
