just got back from riding and practicing my 1st gear power wheelies

i'm too much of a ***** to try clutching'em yet, but i can get it pretty high up just hacking the throttle.

 

AHHAH same here.i just came back from practicing my 1st and 2nd gear wheelie. i do both, clutch and power. and 2nd gear i do the bounce method.

I rode to Berts on saturday because my bro was planning to trade in his '04 GsxR for the 1000RR Repsol but they were charging $19,000 ..But we got them down to $14,500, but that was with a trade-in....Dayam taxin..Just thought I'd let you S.Cali heads know whats up with the prices...But it sure is a sweet bike.......

 

I know two guys that bought bikes there... Berts has a good selection but they bend you over. When one of my friends bought his bike there the only thing they could offers was 10% off on accessories. I try on all my **** there tho. Good selection.

are you shitting me? i went to motopro in oceanside maybe a week ago and they had a repsol replica for 11,500. berts seems to live up to the reputation of being a stealership.

dude, dont tell me your bro got it for $14,500?! temple city powersport had them and my friend picked one up for like 12k. i would not ever buy anything from berts. they are known as rip offs.
