Do you mean dx??
There was never a crx ex.
If it is a dx you need to do a dpfi-mpfi conversion. Use the search function on HT and you will find plenty of info.
As for the ecu you can use:
Pm6 88-91 civic/crx si ecu
PG7 88-89 integra ecu
PM7 88-91 Japanese civic/crx Si ecu (ZC ecu)
