Default Fuel Filter

I was going to replace my fuel filter today, but the 17mm bolt that connects the fuel line to the fuel rail will not budge....I don't want to break this off, and have already tried PB Blaster...does anyone have any suggestions? Or does anyone know y this won't move?

You don't have to remove that line to replate the fuel filter...

You are talking about the line from the fuel filter to the fuel rail right?

Just remove the lines to the filter and replace the filter... am I missing something?

I know you don't have to replace the line, but it won't come off of the filter...I was explaining which line it was.

Oh, okay...

You should be able to get it off... just put some muscle into it! Sometimes the bolts are kinda stuck and it takes quite a bit of force to break them free...

Just keep trying!

Had the same thing happen to me and I had to torque it off with a compressor...

I shouldn't have to say this but make sure you relieve pressure from the system before taking it off :/
