Honda Tranny Re-call??? PROBLEM
my tranny is hesitant to shift at high rpm it will stick when i hold on to the gas and not change gears ...... have trouble searching for gears at times..
this is a '00 accord automatic.... I went to the dealer they gave me a bunch of bullshit.. they try to blame it on electrical things.. Are they hesitant to servive this recall?? it has 98000 miles.. i am almost at the max limit for the recall.... what do u guy recommend me doing?

I would immediately contact Honda service. They must have some sort of toll free number to ask about the recall. I would also immediately take it to another dealer. I find lots of differences between dealers so if one gives you greif go to another. Good luck!
ive heard that they are supposed to fix this problem...6th gen auto trannys have been a problem and they are known to be bad...what i would do just keep goin bak man good luck with this!

There is no recall for the 2000 Accord related to Transmissions.

The car is designed to stay in passing gear if you have a lead foot into it.

There is no recall on that tranny, it's a warranty extension. Not that you care.
