this is a '00 accord automatic.... I went to the dealer they gave me a bunch of bullshit.. they try to blame it on electrical things.. Are they hesitant to servive this recall?? it has 98000 miles.. i am almost at the max limit for the recall.... what do u guy recommend me doing?

I would immediately contact Honda service. They must have some sort of toll free number to ask about the recall. I would also immediately take it to another dealer. I find lots of differences between dealers so if one gives you greif go to another. Good luck!

There is no recall for the 2000 Accord related to Transmissions.

The car is designed to stay in passing gear if you have a lead foot into it.

there is a recall.. ur all data is wrong... i gave them my vin #.. they said it was recalled.. i am going to go again.. and it is not designed to stay in passing gear.. i know this for a fact because i have driven many of the same model.. thanks for all the tips and comments

as for the tranny flush.. i did it 2000 miles ago.. the car is fully tuned.. and maintained..

I work at a shop also ,, but I am happy to warantee my ****... maybe its just my ethics.. any how i am taking it to another dealer.. a friend of mines knows a service writer there.. cross fingers...

There is no recall on that tranny, it's a warranty extension. Not that you care.
