Speedo and rev-needle jumps when turning the key

Speedo and rev-needle jumps when turning the key
Hi! I'm new here and I really need some help from you guys.
I've just changed the background for my speedo, I put
on a custom backplate. I also had to remove the needles on
to mount the backplate, after I put them back in place they
now jump as I turn on the ignition, and the stop at 1000 rpm
and 60 km/t. If I turn the engine of they falls back to zero.
What's wrong?

in another language than norwegain.
