Need a Cingular GSM compatible cell phone. It must be able to accept SIM chips.

It also MUST be unlocked (no stolen or deactivated phones) New/Used but must be in good working order. I am really looking for a Samsung if possible.

Yes phones are car related,,,, what if you need to call the police from the car? Or use your mobile Internet in the car?
