Default I need HELP with 4 wire o2 sensor wiring

In a couple of weeks I will being doing an OBD-0 to OBD-1 conversion; by the way I have never done it before. The only thing that I don't get is how to wire the 4 wire O2. So how do I go about doing it?

Actually I'll be using the Locash Racing conversion harness, but do I have to cut the existing plug for the O2 sensor and then sodder the new plug on?

With my harnesses, I supply all the detailes instructions for the 4 wire installation. All of the wiring should be covered.
