what is this

at idle you can kinda hear a slight backfire, its not very huge and doesnt really affect perfomance, im just wondering what it could be so i can fix whatever it is. Its driving me insane

actually im not too sure, the last guys who owned it were mechanics, so timing could cause it to miss a littl ebit?
