Default Help, searching for full exhaust system!!!

I'm just looking for a little advise, and also checking to see if anyone has what I'm looking for who would be willing to sell.

Recently my muffler fell off, then I just noticed that my car suddenly got louder. Heh, come to find the rest of it back to the catalytic converter has fallen off.

I checked the pricing for the catback exhaust at a auto parts store and found it to be more expensive than me buying an entire performance exhaust from the headers, all the way back. So I'm simply asking what everyone thinks about the apexi world sport ll catback exhaust, combined with a dc sports 4-2-1 header, and just some plain ol shitty catalytic converter. After all who needs a catalytic converter, it only cleans the air. J/k

Anyway, do you guys think it would be worth it to purchase the whole system that I mentioned above, as far as performance reasons go? Or should I just get the Apexi catback?

The best thing you can do... and it will save you money ....... find a good performance shop and have them just install 2.5" mandrel bent piping back to whatever kind of fart can you want on there. Mine will cost me about $220

one of my friends suggested that I just mash out all the crap inside the catalytic converter?? should I do that instead of wasting money on a high flow cat?

yeah, I'll check out the pricing on madrel bent... But that'll mean I'll still need them to weld on whatever fart can I get right?
The only thing is, I don't want a loud exhaust. Suggestions? (if I use txtuner's advise)

P.S. what about the resonator? As I've mentioned above, I don't want it to be too loud. No ricing crap for me!

yea if it will sound even more like a "ricer" if u put a resonator back in bc i took the old pipe out and put in 2.5 all the way though and it doesnt sound like as much like "ricer" (if u wanna call it that) but it will be louder
