Default building a b16

ok so every body tells me that ctr piston and rods are the best . how does it affect the daily drivabilty , also how much power should this set up make and were can i find ctr rods or should i just keep my b16 rods ?

You can't run CTR rods in your B16 because CTR's use the taller B18 height block, instead of the shorter B16 block. CTR rods on a B16A will push the piston out of the cylinder at TDC.
