Default Randomly threw some codes (quick help)

I was in traffic at school, my car was already warmed up, my throttle cable sucks and was revving way higher the whole time idling, like 2-3k rpms. My car starts to over heat, so i blast the heater, and get off teh gas and it goes back to normal, and then 100 feet later, my car bogs and stalls out. I sit there for 2 seconds, and it starts back up, i check the codes, 1, 4, 8, and 20.
code 1 (o2) has been there forever, as well as 20 (electric overload)

4 - crank shaft position sensor

8 - TDC top dead center sensor.

This is so random, i cant imagine my car overheating effecting the crank shaft or tdc sensor, im gonna reset my ecu when im done class here, but if that doesnt work what should i do? They seem like random codes that go away when you reset your ecu, but does idling high and overheating effect them at all? And if these codes are there for good, what do you do to remedy it? Thanks, Dave

both of those codes are probably due to a distributor going bad.
