0-60 mph with integra engine 5.9s
Hello everybody
i was just wondering what my 1/4 mile time could be
i've never gone to the track yet
i have 1998 civic si
b18c (178hp)
i/h/e , high flow cat , no p/s , no a/c (190-195hp?)
small weight reduction (maybe 50lb)
tein susp.
i myself weight 180lb
i just shot a video of me going 0-60mph 5.9s accurately
(i would upload it but dont know how)
i started from around 3500 rpm (road was a little wet)

ok the 5.9s run was 22mgb i forgot to turn off the camera (too big to upload)
this one i start from around 4000rpm but too much spin
this one is 6.0-6.1

You probably have the potential for about mid-14's, but it's impossible to tell without just running the car in the 1/4. There are a lot of factors that come into play.

My timer shows roughly one second more than that. The only way to obtain truly accurate figures is to take it to a track or use proper testing gear.
BTW, posting this in more than one forum wasn't really necessary. Ideally it would be in the Drag Racing forum, since the EG+ Civic / Del Sol forum rules don't really allow for something like this, and your car isn't an Integra.

i'm sure its not more then 6.1
you will see the rpms go to 4500 and drop to 4000 thats when the car
starts to move
ps the 5.9 run is closer to being 6.0 (now i got good at timing it)
