cracked radiator
I have a crack right where the left fan is on the top rght corner if your looking down at the engine its right beside the cap where the fan blots on to the rad
its about a hair line wide or two and when it has pressure it throws it all over the motor but don't over heat. I tried stop leak etc none of it works any one else no what i could use to fix i don't have the money right now to buy one.

I just had the same problem in about the same area, but mine was on the front side. I tried a couple different fixes and the only one that seemed to work was this stuff called "Plastic Weld" that I got from Meijer. It sets up in about 10 mins (although I waited alot longer to make sure it was dry) and has worked for about a week without any problems. Good luck!
yea that stuff works ive used it on other cars with sucess...but replace asap. cooling is of upmost importantce in engine maintainence. make sure when you replace the radiator you flush the system, change the thermostat, and most defineatly use new coolant with a proper water mix, and bleed the system. and be careful, that antifreeze eats through everything.
I had the exact same problem. I thought at first that i had a bad rad. cap and it was escaping from there, but i located the small crack that it was leaking out of. I ended up replacing it with a new all alluminum radiator, which is great for looks, and wasnt to hard on the wallet (309.09)
Hey I just bought a new radiator from Radiator Planet on eBay. It was 200 dollars shipped. Koyo All-Aluminium. A stock OEM radiator at like Pep Boys or w/e is like 120 or so.
The guy was really nice to deal with, too, btw. Check that out.
