Default Gauge Cluster Conversion From DX

I just picked up a EX Gauge cluster on Ebay a week ago and I recvd it in the mail. The bozo just threw it in a box with out any packaging to keep it from bouncing around. Anyway the tab in the upper right corner is broken off. It's one of the tabs to screw the cluster. Can this be swapped out with my current cluster or should I try to super glue it back on? Or should I not worry about it since I will have 3 other screws to hold the cluster in?? Also the EX cluster is an automatic and my car is a 5 speed. How can I cover up the Gear indicator on the EX cluster with out making it look like crap?

Here is a picture to show which tab is mine. It's not mine but I wish it was!!

I dont think you can swap the two. Unless they are part of the black piece going around the front of the cluster (I forget where those tabs come off of). As far as the gear selector propblem. Let me know if you figure it out. Other than finding the manual gas and temp gauge set for sale by itself, you can't do anything about it.

If I were you I would complain to that guy that sold you the cluster on egay and give him a bad review. Crappy shippers

Nice arrow. 3 screws should hold it in fine. Glue will work, if you want all 4 screws.

You didn't read either did you? He said the cluster in the pic wasn't his.

But you can find them on ebay or the h-t classifieds or some of the JDM sites on the intraweb.

if u do decide to glue to it. DONT NOT USE SUPER GLUE as it will melt plastic. Use expoxy, can be bought at any auto parts store or walmart.

Thanks, I did glue it with some liquid nails. It seems to hold but doesn't feel stiff, like super glue would.
