Default Clutch Squeak/Whine

I have a noise that occurs whenever I'm balancing out leaving out 1st gear. This is not a Throwout bearing noise because I know what that sounds like. It is a high pitched squeal that happens as the disc is making contact with the flywheel. Is my clutch going out?

It could be the flywheel; Might need to be resurfaced. Just a thought, mine had this problem as well, but I quit after I let it sit for several months.

Good Luck!
