I know this is a stupid question, but I just now noticed this and was wondering if thats supposed to be there or if somehow it got dented/pushed in. I don't know how it would of considerign I never put anything in the back of my R.




The dent on the right where the upper bar is mounted....

Thanks for the quick response guys, i was starting to flip out that someone Fed with my car while it was at the dealership.

 

Yeah mang, supposed to be like that, I think all DC2 chassis are same

 

I just walked outside to check 'cause I've never noticed that before either. Low and behold there IS a 'dent' there. No need to panic Tootsie.

come like that... I posted that question like 2 years ago, we came to the conclusion that it was to accomodate more luggage

 

Unless somebody made a mold to make that dent.....i think its supposed to be there!

yea it definately is a little weird, but I suppose the previoius conclusion was right about fitting more luggage and what not in there.

haha yes yes, i just wanted another excuse to show off the bling bling haha. even got the sticker on there.

 

other side doesn't have that indent because the gas filler goes throgh there.

 

mine had it. i thought something was wrong, dealer told me otherwise

 

its amazign how we notice soo many things about our caRs and then the little things we never notice. I don't know why I all of a sudden looked at that and thought something had dented it in. O well. I am just glad its "ok"
