Default idle not where is should be. please help

ok so i started up my car this morning and everything was fine. once it got warmed up thisngs changed. i was sitting in the bank drive up line and my crx started to idle funny.
it would rise and drop, rise and drop, then i shut the car off and started it back up and it started to idle above 1k. so right now its very inconsistant. there seems to be no problems while driving, except for when shifting the rpms don't seem to want to drop very fast. any help would be great.

IACV valve.... seach for it.... this is usually the cause for the idle to rise and drop.

yeah, i'm not sure what it is yet. i just drove to work and i didn't have any problems. so i'm not sure if the car has to be really warm (norm running temp) for it to start accting up or what. are these suggestions easy to fix? thanks again guys.
