hasport harness for DX crx converted

hasport harness for DX crx converted
I chaned my harness from Dx - ZC harness for a D16Z6 engine and added a hasport obd - obd1 harness using a 95 integra LS ECU to power the motor and am having problems getting it started. any ideas? am i doing somthing wrong?
