need more rpm?
I have a pm6 ('89 ecu) on my rex ('90 rex) with a 92-95 civic ex intake manifold and injectors and fuel rail, si dizzy, si cam, port and polished head, head has been shaved 1mm, all on a rebuilt d15b2
The rev limit now is currently 6500 and I would like it to be 7200 to 7800, ok if I could get it into the 8000 that would be sweet to, but my question is,
Can I rewire something at the ecu to give it a higher rev limit?
I have heard this, and that is the only reason why I ask. If it can be done I would like to give it a try because the motor pulls hard from 3800 to rev limit (6500), and I would like to see if it would keep pulling through the higher rpms also. I don't think that my little car is seeing it's full potential.

I heard only the '91 si ecu went up to 7200, not only that, but my ecu came out of an automatic. Is there some wire swapping that I can do? Will the '91 teg not make it run hella' rich?
