Guys I am finally going to bring my 4th gen preulde in for a paint job. I just don't know what kinda questions I should be asking? I want a nice high quality job and I'm gonna be painting it the same color of black. Is there a best way to paint in terms of haw much primer, how many coats of paint or clearcoat to use? I'm really pumped to have my car done any pointers?

 

you want to make sure the body shop has a down draft booth, try to take off or have the body shop take off as many parts such as window trim, weather stripping, headlights, tailights,etc, otherwise if they just tape off the windows with the trim around it, you will have tape-off paint lines and the paint will start to chip off in those areas. a paint job is 90% prep work so the more they take off the more expensive the paint job will be.
