Please post your ITR oil consumption here. Even if it's not too much. Also post what kind of oil you are using and if your engine is stock or not (internals). Let's talk about street driving only, not track usage. You can also post the mileage (or km) of the car.
I will start:
I'm using Castrol Formula RS 0W-40. It burns about 0.5 liter per 10000 km (6250 miles). Engine internals are all stock. I only have I/H/E. mileage: 100,000 km (62,500 miles) on the tach.

About 68,000kms on the motor....vintage 97....hehe
rebuilt head ....but prior to the *semi-bl0w3d up* it ate oil starting at about 20k kms ....at a rate of 1L every 1500-2000kms depending on how frequently I visit VT3Ch....
even with new valve seals and new seats cut.... and new valves.... it still blows blue.... she has a catch can now.... I think the problem is cyl. 3 ...cuz when I tore the head off....there were some noticeable marks on the walls....
stupid me.... forgot about the oil.....
went from factory oil to Redline 10W40....to Amsoil Series 2000 and then back to reg Pennzoil.....did a run with Walmart Tech 2000 synth and also a bit of Castrol....

Wrong. It doesn't use oil on the street.
Are you trying to bias the results of your survey by challenging everyone whose report disagrees with your opinion?

That would be great if I can do that.
OK. Let's continue.

Betcha you're gonna have the same spread here and abroad.
Mine has less than 1,000 street miles a year and doesn't consume any off the track and only trace amounts on.
Agip 10w60.
Totally stock engine, only I,H&E with 38,000 miles on the odo.

I have 30,700 miles. Used Mobil 1 5w30. Started consuming oil @ 21,000 miles. Rate was 1/2 qaurt every 3,000 miles. Since I got to Germany it has increased to around 3/4 quarts every 1,500. My wifes 00 Si started consuming oil once we got to Germany. Never had a problem untill we got here. 55k on it. I figured it was from running at higher RPM's on the Autobahn's.
I use about 1 quart in 1000 miles lately on my '98. 10w30 Pennzoil Synth. ~55,000 miles on the odometer. I also burn 15w50 Mobil1 on the track, not sure about the rate of consumption on the street with it.
I used to have very little oil burning, until I got the turbo. I used to run 5w30 Mobil1 with very little oil loss (0.5 quart in 5000 miles?)

Mine was burning 1L every 1000km or less.....after doing this oil consumption test with Acura, they rebuilt my block under the remaining powertrain warranty. I'm on normal Acura oil since it's only about 6000km on the rebuild and I'm not burning anything at all right now. We'll see what happens after I go back to Synthetic this spring.

99,600 ks 2001 with rebuilt head I/h/e and Kenji ecu I burn a litre by the time I burn a tank of gas.
I was using amsoil 5w30 but that was getting to expensive to fill, so now I use gtx 10w30.

What? Holy F. That's about 1 liter per 300 miles?

Hahaha. 1 quart oil per 300 miles. No way that is normal for any street driven car. They should rebuild the whole engine block. It's these types of problems about the ITR that I've never heard in Europe.

75,000kms on the odo - castrol 5-40W
no oil consumption on the street
Oil consumption varies on track from nothing to about 200ml on track.
Even vtec it atleast 5 times a day :D
Stock engine - I/H/E - oil cooler and oil pump gear.

I had a problem like this in my B18C hatch. It turned out to be bad seals on the breather box as well as a plugged up PCV valve. Since I redid those, it doesn't burn any oil.
Just an FYI. I have heard from a local dealership that Honda did release a service bulletin stating the it was normal for the B series DOHC Vtec engines to consume "some" oil with extended high rpm use. Seen as how I rev the living **** out of my engine all day long, I figured a small amount of oil loss was fine. Like I said those, since I took care of the PCV system, its been perfect.
