has anyone done this and know what all it takes I know the simple stuff hood, fenders, headlights, bumper, grille and radiator support just dont know of anything else thanks

dont mean to sound like a dick but... theres TONS of ppl that did this dude..

just search for EG/EK front end conversion and see what you get, im sure ull find tons of info
