97 acura integra ls

i have a friend that needs his auto transmition fluid changed, but were not sure how much quarts are needed. also wats the best brand of trans oil for his car? thanks in advance

Honda ATM would be a safe way to go. OR Dexron II ATF.

US2.9qt, or 2.7L
