vtec x over???

hello all.i tryed to search for this but no luck!!i got a 91 crx wit a 99 b16 in it using a jdm pr3. vtec is crossing over at 5100 rpm. i thought it was suppost to x over at 4400.is this rite??? thanks...

my x-over is like 4800-5000, OEM tach's are sometimes innacurate tho. Im pretty sure 4400 would not be a stock x-over.
