What Plug is this? (pics)

I am putting back in all the wiring in my engine bay after getting it painted, and i have come across a plug on my headlight harness that doesnt match up.

Some one help pleasseeeee

Could be for the foglight. The instructions for the fogs say there is a plug somewhere near the headlight harness

if thats on the drivers side, i think its for your windshield washer squirters motor

Just re-wired my bay a few weeks ago
