Default ITR owners' opinions on tune up a low miles ITR

I have a '97 ITR with 27k miles. I wonder if I should do the tune up like timing belt, all belts change, water pump....etc? I searched the HT that most of you said that the OEM belt is good for 105k miles. But the question I have is the car is about 8 years old but hardly driven much. Therefore is major tuneup needed for the B18C5?

Thanks!

Better safe than be sorry.

I would definitely change out the timing belt. Isn't it 105k miles or 8 years? Belt become brittle after a while. Better to spend $500 for t.b. & water pump, then blow up a motor, ya know?

I would replace the belts (both accessory and timing), fuel filter and the water pump.

I would also do a valve adjustment at this time.
