Cluster Gone Bad and rev limiter in a 90 accord dx 5 speed
Speedometer, tach, and rev limter are not working i went to a shop and they said that it could be the ecu but i dont think that is just right i was wondering what you think

Are you throwing any CEL's (check engine light)...if your cluster won't show anything it might not show cel's or anything. First thing I would check is your fuses and relays...then if nothing there go to the passenger side of the car and pull back the carpet to see if your ecu is flashing a code; refer to basic guide stickied up top for code listing.

if it was just the speedo, then it could be a vehicle speed sensor, but since the tach isnt working, it its not a fuse, then id assume it could be an issue w/ the ECU (codes or not)
