I have seen some nice parts for the B16's and B18's from companies like spoon, toda , Jun....etc.

would parts like the Hondata Intake gasket work on the D16 car? or a Throttle body?

also what about like spark plug wires with the distributor conversion that seems to be a popular conversion.

Not alot from B-series motors will work on D-series motors. Unlike F-series/H-series/K-motors, B-series and D-series motors don't share alot in common (like bore diameter or bore spacing). In fact, B-series motors are physically quite a bit bigger. So not much will transfer over.
