Default Exhaust? Header?

Yo Everybody ! I don't have a Integra Type R! I wish I had one ! But I am just asking this for my friend !
His car has nothing, only a AEM CAI!
My question for him is !
What is the best exhaust and header for Type R???
He wants BEST performance ! FAST !! and Money is not an issue !! which one do you guys suggest??

Please help me out or my friend out !!!

Also, is there some other stuff other than I/H/E that will improve performance? and no F/I plz !

Also, hehe.... I am wondering if Integra and civic has any big difference on header and exhaust. Coz I changed my exhaust and header myself, i want to do it for him too ! will that be easy like my civic?? let me know ! THANKS !!

I wont go as far as tell you the best set-up possible because it depend on how and why on modify your car but here are a few good choice:
Header: Spoon, Mugen, SMSP, Hytech, JDM ITR, JDM DC Sport
Exhaust: Kakimoto 70mm, Mugen twin loop, Spoon N1

There is a bunch of stuff you can do to improve the car: higher compression, more aggressive cams with adj. cam gears, reprogrammed ECU or stand alone ECU and dyno tuning, lighter wheels, four piston break caliper, better break pads, stiffer suspention set-up, thicker sway bars, some professional driving course (thats driver improvement)...

If money is no object, anything is possible (but usually money always become an object)

I don't think there is a big difference between Civic and Integra exaust set-up, the modification is pretty straight foward.

4: All those brands u guys said are really expensive high class stuff.. let's say I dun have THAT much money, what's the next best header and exhaust alternative?
5: Suspension, I thought ITR's suspension is already very good enough !! which one is good to have??

Its hard to determine the best. Best mid-range ? Best hi-rpm ? Best peak power or best torque ?

Here are some of my suggestions:

Average power = TypeONE , Spoon
Average torque = Spoon
Peak power = Toda

JDM 4-1 is also a very good option but its just way too heavy. Primaries are kindof small so it might not perform as good with heavier modifications engine.

my suggestion (for non drag applications) would be a spoon header and mugen twin loop exhaust this would be very good for midrange power
