car is at garage over here in england, u.k havin buddyclub 3+ cams, rocket gen 2 springs/retainers, itr lma and spoon headgasket fitted on my b16a2.
dropped car of yesterday and just got call sayin he's havin probs gettin cam timing right. screwed my plans up as am booked to have power fc fitted/setup in mornin.

i have no tech knowledge so hopin you guys can give me some info i can pass onto him. he said he tried to set accordin to spec sheets that come with them 100/102 deg with my toda pullies that were already on but cant get timin right.

dont know anyone over here who has fitted these cams yet so cant get any help here

please help

 

This question strikes me as slightly vague.

How is your garage determining that the timing is "not right"? What is his definition of not right... Maybe someone could better help you with a more detailed problem description! Good luck

 

sorry, thats just what the garage told me me. simply told me he couldnt get them timing set accordin to the spec sheet

do bc3+ cams install just like oem cams ? only factor that will throw timin of in my case will be the spoon headgasket ?

problem sorted, guy just said he found my toda gears hard to work with as had never used them before . i now have idling problem

Need to play with the gears now and find a way to get it to idle, try some advance, in small increments.
