LS Cat v. ITR Cat..
i'm not sure if there are any major diffences between the cat, but you certainly won't see any performance increase from swapping the cats. swapping the catback, on the otherhand will be different...
Heh, yea wasn't expecting any differences. Just wondering if I could go with one or the other etc. Because certainly i need to replace my old cat. It's rusted like heck and I couldn't get it off. My broken *** don't want to get a high flow ..Yet.
So any more opinions or informations? Thanks!

The ITR cat flows slightly better (and I strongly emphasize "slightly"), but as far as dimensions, bolt patterns, and flanges, they're completely interchangeable. Also, keep in mind that all USDM ITR cats are OBD-2, so they have an O2 bung that you will have to plug if your car is OBD-1.
OBD-I
LS: Primary O2 in the header collector, nothing in the cat.
GS-R: Primary O2 in frontside of cat. No O2 bung in header.
OBD-II
LS: Primary O2 in the header collector, secondary O2 in backside of cat.
GS-R (94-99) Primary O2 in frontside of cat, secondary O2 backside of cat.
GS-R (00-01): Primary O2 in header collector, secondary O2 in backside of cat.
Type R: Primary O2 in header collector, secondary O2 in backside of cat.
Got that from team-integra. it might help
