Try calling Mackin Industries (the importers of Tanabe) and see if they have those collars. Their url is http://www.mackinindustries.com . What exactly is broken?...the sleeve or the perch/collar that the spring sits on?? If it's the perch/collar, try measuring the diameter of the threaded portion, or the inner diameter of the perch/collar. Then call Ground Control to see if they have a perch/collar that's the same diameter. If so, just order that one and put it on. If you see rust, use some anti-seize or WD40 or whatever you prefer occasionally on the threads. That'll keep them from building rust. Just stick your hand in there, or jack the car up if you can't fit your hand and can, once a month or so and spray away. HTH.
