Default Average gain of tuning in cams?

I have a mild built ls/vtec never dyno tuned. Just a street tune to get the air/fuel decent. I have skunk2 stg2 cams with an alaniz head full skunk2 valvetrain, skunk manifold, ITR tb,etc.. With jdm p30 pistons. My question is, will I gain any more power from tuning the cams in on the dyno since they are just zeroed out and never been messed with? Ive ran a best of 13.4 and i was thining about taking my car to actually get dynoed and my car retuned with the cams dialed in to hopefully beak a 12 and possibly a 12.6ish time. Do you think this is feasable and what are average gains of getting cams dialed in? Oh and I have hondata s200.

on my old LS setup with Crower 404s
i gained 8whp and 21lb-ft torque from dyno tuning.

IMO, the car isn't running right until it gets some dyno tune time.
