i think its 129 horsepower, but it could be 130, but its one of those definately not a nymore

Of course we can't rule out all the different '"ZC" incarnations....but on the black cover dohc, the specs straight from Honda-Japan:
130ps = 128hp

The older brown cover ZC was actually rated at 135ps(133hp)...I think that's where a lot of the confusion comes from.
