Honda Bearings..... i have a Q, help!
a) you need a helms manual if you are installing them, b) i say you need one because it will give you a color chart and because if you have no clue what tools you need for the job then.....blah, and c) you might want someone with experience to build it and have them buy the bearings for you.
Now on to not be a douche. Bearings are color coded according to clearances. You would need to plastiguage your current bearings to see how much clearance they have atm. Then look in the helms accordingly to see if they are within spec. Then use a caliper to measure the thickness of the bearing. If the plastigauge was within spec then you look at the color chart to find the bearing that you need according to the thickness read on the caliper. If it was out of spec then you add the amount off to what you have and thats the size bearing you need. Again, I can't stress how much you will need a HELMS manual.
Also, drop the attitude with the parts guys. He was asking you a very valid question and you being ignorant to what he was asking you is no excuse to tell him to **** off.
