i just bought a 1994 del sol si and have two questions about it:

1. Where can i get the filler peice between the tailights for a good price?
2. what would cause it to have a high idle and surge from 2500-3250 then drop back to 2500rpm?

wow thats seem easy enough hopefully though when it gets inspected tomorrow they will fix that. if not i can do it.
checked ebay- nothing but i did find a carbon fiber filler panel on importfan.com and it was 150.00 is that too much versus a new or barely used peice?
