how do i change my tranny fluid and what do i replace it with

 

there's been a couple good and detailed threads a while back...have you tried searching yet?

I use GM Synchromesh, but you can also use Honda MTF, Redline MTL, and i forgot what else..... do a quick search, and I'm sure you'll find what I'm trying to talk about! LOL
