Does anyone know what is the color name of carpet for the DC2 Type R. The one in red. Is there a specific name for it.

 

Fuzzy black

Oh, really. Okay so any one know the color name for the ctr carpet.

 

I don't think they came in shades, not like you can choose to have green carpeting in your CTR in Japan, they are Honda's, not Bentleys. Just ask for the red carpet that came in CTR's.

 

i know in those SCC mags you can get carpets in like 8 diff. colors.

Try asking on the Civic forum.

 

there is no color name as you put it, its not like paint theres no name or code, its just red carpet, do a search for custom carpet, like the above said theres a compant that advertises in sport compact car that sell replacment carpet for cars in a bunch of different colors

 

BTW, I speak from experience when I tell you that those aftermarket carpets do not fit well at all. A good friend bought one as a replacement for his EG hatch. We hacked it to try to make it fit. Still looks like ****.

are you sure? 'cause i have a set of red ITR carpets that i pulled out of a front clip, fresh out of the container.

first guess would be the dealership. 00-01 are all black.

probably custom done. maybe one of the dealerships did it as an option

like the guys above said, it must have been custom, cuz they didnt come factory with red carper

maybe you pulled some FLOORMATS out of it, but integras only had black carpet
