Default what ecu should i run

i currently have a p28 ecu with custom all motor program. But im thinking i should just stay obd 0 with my ls vtec swap.Im wondering if the ecu's are more restricted and will not take too mods as good.My engine is fully built for all motor and im just wondering if i should stay with obd 0 and not convert because of all the trouble i hear with conversion harnesses. If its not that much of a difference i would like too stay obd0 because cost is a factor as well as wiring as im new too it!Thank You

If you stay OBD-0 your going to need the PR3? (OBD-0 b16 ecu). The only reason i can think of to go OBD-1 is for hondata or other fuel management, there are probably more reasons though.
