Pros:1. It keeps heat from leaking out of the header.
2. It makes you look like an all go/no show racer.
Cons:1. **see pro #2**

It can promote rust on pipes tht aren't stainless steel. When it gets wet it'll just sit there and soak the pipes, rusting them out pretty quickly.

You won't get any noticeable gains from using it.

Yes. Even on an N/A application it will help. Although it probably wont be measurable by any means, it will help scavenge exhaust gasses by not allowing the heat to soak through the header, helping speed exhaust flow (mainly efficency). Plus it helps lower your underhood temps a little. I've been using header wrap on three different vehicles, a '65 Impala SS, '94 Civic EX and a '92 Civic Si. I have yet to have any problems what so ever with header thermal wrap.
