Hey i have a clifford RS matrix 3 in my gsr that is already installed. I want to put in the remote start for it. I know its there its just not plugged in. Anyone know of where i can get a manual of how to put this in? Is it terrible hard to do?

By the way if anyone didn't know GSR is stick.

 

Ok chances are they hooked up most of the wires besides tach unless the system can do voltage check. Next you need to bypass to clutch. Inorder to do this the way I use on hondas is out of the clutch switch (there is a plug with 2 wires at the top of the clutch) there is on most honda a blue with black wire but ALWAYS test wires as the acura is likely different but just look for the wire that changes when you push the clutch on. A test light should show you that the wire that changes is a negative switch (goes negative when the clutch is pushed in). T tap this wire to the - status out on the alarm system. Once tach/voltage check is set up just program the alarm and it should start for you. Just check to make sure they hooked up the accesory wire on the alarm or your heat/ac wont power on.

everyone I know who has done this on a stick, has at one time forgot to leave the car out of gear and smashed their car into something.

 

i never put it in gear so not worried about that...but i will be weary of using it once i do put it in.
