Whats wrong with my b18a swap

its an hf and i have a surging idle and im throwing codes 3 and 6. its a 90 motor and im running a pr4 ecu. wtf. please help i want to drive

Why won't it drive? The only thing my buddy and I had a problem with during idle surging is we had to shut off the car at the drive thru window.

I am going to vote for misadjusted TPS. Please post what those codes mean as I am far too lazy to look for myself.
