The place that did my GF's car for me is in Stamford CT. They also just finished a JDM conversion on my buddies 4 door. Your welcome to come down and check out our cars and I can introduce you to the people. As far as pricing, it depends on how much is being done and whether you go through the shop, or have one of the guys do it on the side.

Rick's Auto Body in Springfield, they do mostly mercedes etc...they are really expensive, but you get what you pay for and it comes out absolutely flawless, my Dad has used them for 20 years, and i have too and it is purely flawless. They don't cut any corners.

I have a bumper that I might try and do it myself. I think that I have seen some topics here about how to do it yourself. Does anyone remember the website where you can find the spray paint that is very close to oem paint?

If you want it done well, you shouldn't paint it yourself. Maybe do the rebar install yourself and mounting lights and panels, but at LEAST get the parts prepped and painted profesionally.
By the way here is the site for matching paint: http://www.paintscratch.com/
