Do Acura TL HID bulbs fit '00 honda accords?
i wanted to know if anyone knew if the acura TL HID bulbs fit '00 honda accords and if they are hotter will the high heat damage stock headlight housing and/or connectors of the honda?

you can't just plug in HID bulbs and have working HIDs... you need the ballasts and ignitors (if separate) in order to have a working HID system.
But to answer your question, no, the bulbs do NOT fit. The bases of the bulbs are different.
