Default 93 Accord EX - ABS questions

I've had a '93 Accord EX 2dr for about two years now. I'm finally getting to the point financially that I can start having fun with the car, although I'm sure it'll take years to get it where I want it...

Anyway, two questions about the ABS system in the car. First and foremost, I've got a siezed caliper on the rear passenger wheel. Is there any way to do the caliper swap at home, as I'm rather wary of what'll happen if I take it into a shop (e.g. new caliper, pads, rotors...$$$). I'm very much a do-it-yourselfer and looking for a way to have the bare minimum professionally done so I have more time to bond with my car.

Also, does the ABS module interfere with any common under-hood mods? I'm looking into getting an aftermarket air intake and haven't really found anything mentioning the ABS interference.

i wouldnt think the ABS would be affected at all by anything not brake related

such as a header or a cold-air kit

Sorry. Perhaps I should clarify. I'm more concerned about physical (spatial) interference with new under-hood components than operational interference. I think at least some components of the ABS system lie adjacent to the stock air intake, and want to make sure an aftermarket intake would fit.

i think it will be alright if the intake is made for your specific car. they take all that stuff into account.. and when you take that plastic air box out there is a lot of room left over. .

i wish i could just pull the ABS out of my car, in the snow the other day i couldnt even get the car to stop cause the stupid ABS kept going crazy, it would lock up one wheel and then i would lose all control..

ABS doesnt like the enkei's with yokohama's i guess
