Default Chasis deformation from stiff springs?

Ive heard of other cars chasis bending/warping/deforming from stiff springs. Is this something to worry about on an R?

I would hope not (what with all of the reinforcements that Honda did at the factory).

If you are running very high spring rates however, it probably wouldn't be a bad idea to get regular alignments, to be sure that everything is straight...

I wouldn't expect it either but on the 200sx and skylines with very stiff spring rates their chasis do deform after a couple years.

I'm currently running moderate spring rates and after 5 years of autocrossing and track days I have noticed the doors don't quite fit the way they originally do and they tend to stick a little when opening. It's not really a big deal, but there is some chassis flex.

I'd chalk it up to the door mounts themselves rather than the chasis being deformed.

If one was worried about chassis issues due to very high spring rates, I'd think they'd get a cage.
