Does it even try to light up or does it not do anything?

Have you checked your wiring, ignitor and ballasts?

EDIT: Might want to try messaging either jdmlifestyle or was "fresh pizza guy".
Both of them know their HIDs.

try switching the bulbs, put the light bulb on the right ballast, the right bulb on the left ballast. if both lights light up. its prolly your ballast. also check your fuse under the dash, check for the headlight fuse. fuse could be bad. was fuse r u using? check for any lose wireing as well

try adding a relay
make sure your ceramic filament on the side isn't cracked because that causes hids to go bad
also try your connections, if this hid was a fabricate

It could be as simple as a bad ground wire from the relay.

I had a HID bulb go bad on me and it was physical cracked so check to see if its physically broken, if not I bet it's just a fuse or a balast. Like other people said, switch the bulb to the other side, if it works then you know something is messed up electrically on that side and its not a physical problem with the bulb. Oh and on a sidenote, that trans still shifts like butter thanks man!!

If you switch the bulb to the other side and it works, you'll know it's ok. If this is the case, go over the wires and ballast box right up to the bulb itself and wrap the wires and box in extra insulation. HID's use a big bolt of electricity when they first fire up and are known to ground out on the frame or nearby metal causing the bulb to not light up. I had this problem on my own car and that's how I fixed it.
