Just Finished up my retrofit. they will be installed when i finish up my HID retro.

IS300 Foglights retro'd onto Eg brackets mounts up like it was from the factory
Note these are using factory 35w bulbs. im gonna experiment with some high wattage bulbs for different results.

the IS300 fogs are kinda tricky to deal with spent about 8-10 hours on this didnt keep track. alot of trimming and you have to be very precise or else u can mess it up.

My friend almost got a ticket here in seattle because of his yellow fogs so be careful.

What are your plans for all of this. Leaving this all exposed isnt a great idea, and the IS300 has plastic lenses over the projectors to protect them from the elements. Not to mention the glue/electical tape combination will fall apart very quickly when subjected to the elements.

these pix are taken in my basement from my office area. these are not mounted on the car yet.

for the back of the foglight housing i got a shield that is going to protect it all from the elements. its the back of the IS300 housing that is going to cover it and its going to be sealed once again.

This is perfectly matched to the OEM civic bracket. it has the same exact beam direction as the Oem fogs.

If you would have read the post above you can see that the lights are sitting 4 ft up on the top of my desk. thats y it looks so high.

nah you wouldnt really be able to tell since i hacked them up a bit so they would fit on the EG brackets and still maintain the same angle.

<TABLE WIDTH="90%" CELLSPACING=0 CELLPADDING=0 ALIGN=CENTER><TR><TD>Quote, originally posted by drunknbass &raquo;</TD></TR><TR><TD CLASS="quote">how much brighter than the oem honda fogs do you think they are?</TD></TR></TABLE>

at least 5x brighter with 35w bulbs. and i was using 55w bulbs in the OEM housings.

Eh not worried cops around here dont really worry about foglights. i got my DOT papers and housing still has all DOT #'s on them. as long as there DOT im all good.
