Default Help with motor swap ZC

Hey what's uP guys, I haven't been on lately ( enjoying riding my crx ). Since now I don't have nothing to do, I have a another crx sitting in the garage and a ZC motor and tranny dpfi there too. Before i even start, I did search ZC swap, ZC under search and i found some sites, but it really didn't help me 100%. I'm still confused about the ZC going into a HF. I know it be better if you go with Si parts. Such as Si distributor, Si resistor box and so on. But i was wondering, when i do the mpfi conversion from a dpfi, what exactly do i need to change/add on to the mpfi?

If you have an HF, you don't need to rewire since it's already MPFI. A Si tranny would be beneficial however.
